आशा है आप सभी स्वस्थ होंगे ।
आज classes X और XII मैं जो online short test आपने लिया उस संबंध में मेरे कुछ observations निम्नलिखित है
1  It looks like conducted in unplanned manner .
2. Students has to be busy whole day in test  which no one would  like .
3. Question paper of maths class XII was shared today evening . I know the teacher is busy with CBSE evaluation work , since this was planned many days before it should have been conducted properly or the children should have been informed about engagement of teacher in some important work so test will not be conducted .
4  Proper and in planned way instructions were not given to the children . All adhoc and random work was seen . जो याद आया वो text कर दिया type .
This should not have been the case because we are catering to intelligent  group of students and their very aware  and caring parents .
Few points to be noted in context to conduction of tests in future .
1. It should be in planned manner through exam department and of course with prior consent of the Principal . This will be looked after by Mr. Iqbal.
2. Subject teachers will share the question papers /links as advised by Mr. Aneesh . Task related to uploading on blog will be looked after by him .
3. It is advisabke to give the link of blog again and again when you ask the children that your question papers are available on the blog .
4. The number of children attempting the test and their performance to be recorded , and the same to be brought to the notice of me through exam department .
5. Mr. Aneesh /Iqbal may design some innovative method of recording as mentioned  at s.no. 4.
6. In addition to MCQ type question single sentence answer type question may also be given in google form .
7. Students who are not attempting the test be motivated to do . If needed you can ask me also to talk to the child to motivate him/her.
